Penne al Poblano

Penne Poblano is the Mexican version of pasta. With this super easy sauce to make, you will never want to eat any other pasta again.

  • 200 grams penne pasta
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • 80 grams fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 40 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup cream
  • 3 Poblano chiles, roasted, peeled, and seedless
  • oil

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Set aside.
  • In a skillet with a little oil, add the garlic and onion, then add the cilantro. Blend it with the chiles, cream, salt, pepper, and cream cheese.
  • Sauté the sauce in a saucepan to thicken it a bit.
  • Pour the sauce over the pasta.
