200 grams penne pasta
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 onions, chopped
80 grams fresh cilantro, chopped
40 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
salt , to taste
pepper, to taste
1 cup cream
3 Poblano chiles, roasted, peeled, and seedless

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Set aside.
In a skillet with a little oil, add the garlic and onion, then add the cilantro. Blend it with the chiles, cream, salt, pepper, and cream cheese.
Sauté the sauce in a saucepan to thicken it a bit.
Pour the sauce over the pasta.
