Boil the broccoli for 12 minutes in boiling salted water with a little oil. Once cooked, cut it into cubes.
In a skillet, add olive oil and fry the sausage cut into cubes. Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté until golden. Be careful not to burn it.
Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water, salt, bay leaf, and a splash of olive oil. Let it cook until al dente, approximately 7 to 10 minutes. Once cooked, drain the pasta.
Add the pasta to the skillet with the sausage, season with salt and pepper. Add the peperoncino and broccoli.
Serve on a plate and add grated Parmesan cheese.
