Penne with Broccoli and Italian Sausage

Delicious recipe and very easy to make!!!!! Try it, you will love it!! :)

  • 1 broccoli, boiled
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch peperoncino
  • 2 italian sausages
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 package penne pasta
  • 220 grams Parmesan cheese 220 grams Parmesan cheese

  • Boil the broccoli for 12 minutes in boiling salted water with a little oil. Once cooked, cut it into cubes.
  • In a skillet, add olive oil and fry the sausage cut into cubes. Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté until golden. Be careful not to burn it.
  • Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water, salt, bay leaf, and a splash of olive oil. Let it cook until al dente, approximately 7 to 10 minutes. Once cooked, drain the pasta.
  • Add the pasta to the skillet with the sausage, season with salt and pepper. Add the peperoncino and broccoli.
  • Serve on a plate and add grated Parmesan cheese.
