Cook the pasta in water according to the package instructions.
Steam the broccoli. Once it's ready, take it out and immediately place it in a bowl with water and ice (this will help set the green color and make it bright).
In a skillet with a little oil, add the garlic and onion and sauté for a bit. Once the onion is tender, add the shrimp.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes and then add the tomato.
Finally, add the broccoli.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
