Shrimp Pasta

Shrimp pasta is a complete meal as it contains not only shrimp but also vegetables. It is very nutritious and everyone at my house loves it.

  • 1 kilo shrimp, cut into 3
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onions
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 4 tomatoes, cut into cubes
  • 400 short pasta
  • 80 grams broccoli

  • Cook the pasta in water according to the package instructions.
  • Steam the broccoli. Once it's ready, take it out and immediately place it in a bowl with water and ice (this will help set the green color and make it bright).
  • In a skillet with a little oil, add the garlic and onion and sauté for a bit. Once the onion is tender, add the shrimp.
  • Cook for about 2-3 minutes and then add the tomato.
  • Finally, add the broccoli.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
