  • Capullo® Soy
  • 1/4 cups onion 1/4 cups onion

  • 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce

  • 4 cups short pasta, cooked
  • 3/4 cups Gouda cheese
  • 1/2 cups pepperoni

  • Heat Capullo® Soy in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Incorporate the pasta into the sauce and mix until combined. Place in a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and pepperoni, and bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve the pizza pasta and accompany it with bread and salad.
