2 kilos potato
500 grams flour
2 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 grams nutmeg
2 grams salt

Peel the potatoes, cut them, and boil them. When they are ready, while still hot, make the puree, ensuring there are no large pieces.
Place the puree and make a little hole in the center, add the 2 eggs, oil, nutmeg, and a little salt. Mix everything together.
Knead with 350 gr of flour, it should be quite soft. If it is too soft, add a little more flour.
Make strips and cut the gnocchis, adding flour to prevent them from sticking.
Put a pot with water and salt on the heat to cook them; once it boils, add the gnocchis to the water and remove them when they rise to the surface.
