60 grams tomato , freshly grated
200 grams turkey, fillets
1/2 onions
1 clove garlic
250 grams pasta
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 lemons, extract the juice
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon parsley , chopped
75 grams Emmental cheese, grated
salt
ground peppers

Cut the turkey fillets into regular cubes.
Mix the lemon juice with the soy sauce and drizzle the turkey with this mixture.
Season with salt and ground pepper.
Fry the turkey in hot oil.
Remove and set aside. Sauté the peeled and chopped onion and garlic (in the same oil used to brown the turkey) until translucent.
Add the grated tomato.
Season with sugar, salt, and ground pepper.
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the turkey and continue cooking for 5 more minutes. Keep warm.
Heat salted water and, when it starts to boil, add the pasta.
Cook for 12 minutes. Drain and mix with the tomato and turkey preparation.
Transfer to serving plates, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve with grated cheese in a separate bowl.
