Ravioli with Tomato and Turkey Dice

Irresistible pasta for our kids, prepared with fresh tomato and turkey cubes.

  • 60 grams tomato , freshly grated
  • 200 grams turkey, fillets
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 250 grams pasta
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 lemons, extract the juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon parsley , chopped
  • 75 grams Emmental cheese, grated
  • salt
  • ground peppers

  • Cut the turkey fillets into regular cubes.
  • Mix the lemon juice with the soy sauce and drizzle the turkey with this mixture.
  • Season with salt and ground pepper.
  • Fry the turkey in hot oil.
  • Remove and set aside. Sauté the peeled and chopped onion and garlic (in the same oil used to brown the turkey) until translucent.
  • Add the grated tomato.
  • Season with sugar, salt, and ground pepper.
  • Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the turkey and continue cooking for 5 more minutes. Keep warm.
  • Heat salted water and, when it starts to boil, add the pasta.
  • Cook for 12 minutes. Drain and mix with the tomato and turkey preparation.
  • Transfer to serving plates, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve with grated cheese in a separate bowl.
