  • 500 grams linguine pasta
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 300 grams button mushrooms
  • 2 red bell peppers, cut into strips
  • 3 chives, cut into strips
  • 2 cups soy sauce
  • 2 cans whipping cream

  • Place a pot with water, once boiling add the pasta and wait 15 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a hot skillet, place the butter, add the chicken and cook until slightly browned, then add the mushrooms, bell pepper, and green onion.
  • Incorporate the soy sauce, the cream, let it reduce a bit, and add the pasta.
