Chop the seafood and place it in a bowl, add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
While the seafood is marinating, cook the pasta with oregano, salt, and onion. When it starts to boil, let it cook for about 6 minutes and check if it’s al dente. Once the pasta is done, remove it from the water and place it in cold water for a moment to stop the cooking, then take it out and let it rest.
Heat olive oil in a saucepan and add the seafood mixture with lemon, add the rum when it starts to boil, then add the cream and a bit of salt to enhance the flavor. Once well cooked, remove from heat and add Parmesan cheese to taste.
In a pan, sauté the pasta with butter and add a bit more oregano and salt to season the pasta.
To serve, place a bed of pasta on a wide plate and pour the seafood on top with a bit of the lemon cream from the seafood.
