Short Pasta in Pepperoni Cream

Delicious pasta with pepperoni cream. Kids love it for its light pizza flavor; it’s more nutritious and they will enjoy it just like pizzas.

  • 500 grams short pasta
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 250 grams pepperoni
  • 300 grams yellow cheese
  • 1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon, powder
  • 1 teaspoon oil

  • Cook the pasta in boiling water with a tablespoon of oil.
  • Brown the pepperoni, remove the grease with a napkin, and cut it into small cubes.
  • In the blender, add the Carnation milk, pepperoni, yellow cheese, and a teaspoon of Knorr Swiss.
  • Blend, then heat over medium heat until the cream is warm.
  • Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add the cream.
