Shrimp Noodle Sauté

Inspired by Eastern cuisine, these noodles with sealed shrimp are easy to prepare and have a delicious aroma, color, and flavor. The ragù is similar to the Italian one.

300 grams Noodle
250 grams shrimp, without head
1/4 cups sour cream
3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Parmesan cheese, grated, to taste

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water and leave it al dente. Set aside.
Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and seal on both sides in olive oil.
Once the shrimp are golden, add the cream and chopped parsley. Adjust seasoning.
In a baking dish, spread the butter and arrange the pasta.
Pour the mixture of shrimp and cream with parsley.
Pour a layer of Parmesan cheese to taste.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake at 150 degrees until the Parmesan cheese lightly gratinates.
Serve immediately.
