Shrimp Noodle Sauté

Inspired by Eastern cuisine, these noodles with sealed shrimp are easy to prepare and have a delicious aroma, color, and flavor. The ragù is similar to the Italian one.

  • 300 grams Noodle
  • 250 grams shrimp, without head
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, grated, to taste

  • Cook the pasta in boiling salted water and leave it al dente. Set aside.
  • Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and seal on both sides in olive oil.
  • Once the shrimp are golden, add the cream and chopped parsley. Adjust seasoning.
  • In a baking dish, spread the butter and arrange the pasta.
  • Pour the mixture of shrimp and cream with parsley.
  • Pour a layer of Parmesan cheese to taste.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake at 150 degrees until the Parmesan cheese lightly gratinates.
  • Serve immediately.
