Skillet Lasagna

Try this skillet lasagna, it's easy and simple. You will do everything in the Jade Cook® pan, which thanks to its technology will help you cook everything in no time and with even cooking.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 kilo ground beef
  • 1/2 cups celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups carrot, finely chopped
  • 2 cups tomato purée
  • oregano

  • 1 package lasagna sheets, precooked
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • basil, for decoration

  • Add olive oil to your Jade Cook® Pan, cook the garlic and onion for 3 minutes. Then add the meat and cook for 5 more minutes or until the meat is cooked.
  • Add the carrot and celery, mix and let cook for 2 minutes. Add the tomato puree and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Set aside.
  • Place a layer of precooked lasagna pasta in your Jade Cook® pan and cover with the meat sauce, then add ricotta and mozzarella cheese and repeat the layers until covering the pan, finishing with cheese. Cook for 20 minutes on very low heat.
  • Serve the lasagna in the same pan and decorate with basil leaves.
