Spaghetti 3 Cheeses

This creamy spaghetti with 3 cheeses is the perfect side dish for the Christmas dinner.

  • 1/2 kilos spaghetti
  • water, to cook the pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter, to cook the pasta
  • salt, to cook the pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour, for the cheese sauce
  • 1/2 liters milk, for the cheese sauce
  • 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated, for the cheese sauce
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated, for the cheese sauce
  • 1/4 cups goat cheese, for the cheese sauce
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Cook the pasta for 7 minutes in a pot of boiling water, salt, and butter.
  • In a pot, heat the butter and add the pasta.
  • Add Manchego cheese, Parmesan cheese, goat cheese, salt, and pepper. Strain the pasta and add it to the sauce.
  • Serve the pasta in a baking dish.
