1/2 kilos spaghetti
water, to cook the pasta
2 tablespoons butter, to cook the pasta
salt, to cook the pasta
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour, for the cheese sauce
1/2 liters milk, for the cheese sauce
1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated, for the cheese sauce
1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated, for the cheese sauce
1/4 cups goat cheese, for the cheese sauce

Cook the pasta for 7 minutes in a pot of boiling water, salt, and butter.
In a pot, heat the butter and add the pasta.
Add Manchego cheese, Parmesan cheese, goat cheese, salt, and pepper. Strain the pasta and add it to the sauce.
Serve the pasta in a baking dish.
