Spaghetti au Gratin

  • 1 package spaghetti pasta
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 liters cow's milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 onions
  • salt

  • Boil the pasta in plenty of water, adding a piece of onion and a little salt.
  • Grease a baking dish with butter and break the eggs.
  • Beat them gradually and mix with the milk.
  • Season with salt and pepper and pour in the spaghetti.
  • Place small pieces of butter on top.
  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF and place in the oven until the milk sets.
