Spaghetti Chop with Peach

Delicious combination of pork and peach, great as a main dish, providing lots of energy and refreshing for summer.

  • smoked pork chops
  • canned peaches
  • bacon
  • spaghetti
  • cinnamon
  • basil
  • pepper
  • cloves
  • chile piquín
  • onions
  • garlic
  • salt

  • Sauté garlic, onion, brown the bacon, and add crushed chili, while cooking the spaghetti in boiling water.
  • Cut the smoked chop into small cubes and sauté it with the other ingredients; when they are browned, add crushed clove and chopped basil.
  • Once everything is ready, dice the canned peaches and add them with their syrup; this combination should boil, and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Then, incorporate the spaghetti into our pork-peach sauce, stir, and serve.
