Spaghetti in Cream with Ham

  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 package spaghetti, 500 g
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups deli ham, in cubes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley, for garnish

  • In a small pot with boiling water, add salt and pasta, and cook according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a pan, add the butter and cook the ham until golden, add the pasta and incorporate the sour cream, season with salt and pepper.
