Country-Style Noodles

This dish is excellent for using up leftover roasted chicken. Your guests will love it, and the best part is that it is very economical.

  • 1 teaspoon dry rosemary

  • 350 grams La Moderna® pasta, noodles

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the chopped onion and fry on low heat for 5 minutes.
  • Add the chopped mushrooms and fry for several more minutes. Add the tomatoes, tomato puree, crushed garlic, rosemary, and season to taste.
  • Boil and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Add the chopped chicken and ham and reheat.
  • Meanwhile, cook the noodles in boiling salted water. Drain well, place on a platter, and pour the chicken and ham sauce over them.
