2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, finely chopped
100 grams button mushrooms, washed and chopped
400 grams tomato
1 tablespoon tomato purée
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon dry rosemary
100 grams chicken, cooked and deboned
100 grams deli ham, chopped
350 grams La Moderna® pasta, noodles

Low
Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the chopped onion and fry on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the chopped mushrooms and fry for several more minutes. Add the tomatoes, tomato puree, crushed garlic, rosemary, and season to taste.
Boil and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Add the chopped chicken and ham and reheat.
Meanwhile, cook the noodles in boiling salted water. Drain well, place on a platter, and pour the chicken and ham sauce over them.
