Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat and add the chicken strips, then season with salt and pepper. Cook until they change color and are tender.
Blend the half cream, cream cheese, milk, garlic, and onion at high speed, season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the chicken and add the spaghetti, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and mix well.
Cover and let the creamy pasta cook on high temperature for 5 minutes.
Serve the creamy spaghetti with chicken on a plate, sprinkle parsley, and you're done!
