Green Jalapeño Spaghetti

  • Cook the pasta with one garlic, salt, and 1/4 onion for about 20 minutes.
  • Remove the seeds from the peppers.
  • Chop and blend the peppers with 2 garlic cloves, 1/4 onion, three tablespoons of cream, and half a cup of milk.
  • In a pan, sauté the sauce (for 10 minutes) with a little oil or butter. Add salt if needed.
  • Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and incorporate it into the sauce.
  • You can add cheese (optional).
  • Enjoy.
