500 grams spaghetti, cooked
1 bell pepper
1 Poblano chile
sour cream
cream
salt , to taste
pepper, to taste

Roast the chiles over the fire.
Once they are roasted, remove the burnt parts and the skin.
Put all the ingredients in the blender.
Then, in a pan, heat for 5 minutes over low heat.
Finally, add the pasta and stir until everything is well mixed.
