Green Spaghetti with Bell Pepper and Poblano

A delicious recipe for any occasion, to break away from the usual cheese or meat spaghetti, and kids can eat it because it's not spicy.

  • 500 grams spaghetti, cooked
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 Poblano chile
  • sour cream
  • cream
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • Roast the chiles over the fire.
  • Once they are roasted, remove the burnt parts and the skin.
  • Put all the ingredients in the blender.
  • Then, in a pan, heat for 5 minutes over low heat.
  • Finally, add the pasta and stir until everything is well mixed.
