Healthy Pasta

Who doesn't like pasta..!! And what better than whole grain pasta that is low in fat, accompanied by a variety of vegetables, and above all, very very tasty.

  • 1 package spaghetti, whole grain
  • 1 glass cream , low in fat
  • 1/4 cups peas, peeled
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • onions
  • 1 dash olive oil
Preparation

  • Boil water for the pasta with a little bit of salt.
  • Cook the peas.
  • In a saucepan, place chopped onion and a splash of oil.
  • Add the washed and chopped spinach.
  • Cover the pot and let the spinach cook, adding a little salt for seasoning.
  • Once the whole grain pasta is ready, drain it and set it aside.
  • In a saucepan, place the cream, let it heat, and add the spinach.
  • Then add the pasta to the mixture of cream and spinach, and finally the peas.
  • Stir everything well, adjust the flavor, and turn off the heat.
