Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions.
Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the butter and olive oil. Once the butter has melted, increase the heat and add the shrimp. Cook for one minute, then flip the shrimp, add the garlic, red pepper, and cook for one more minute. Be careful not to overcook the shrimp or they will become tough. Set the shrimp aside on a warm plate.
Add the wine, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper. With the heat high, let our wine sauce boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Reduce the heat to medium, add the shrimp and parsley, and stir until everything is coated with the sauce.
Serve immediately over our pasta and sprinkle the parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over each serving.
