Pasta with Corn Cream

It is a practical and very easy dish to prepare that keeps my family happy; both kids and adults will love it, making it is very fun, and the ingredients are easy to find in the market.

  • 500 grams spaghetti
  • 432 grams corn, kernels
  • 10 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 200 grams deli ham, diced
  • parsley
  • black pepper, to taste
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • Bring water for the pasta to a boil, add the teaspoon of salt, the pasta should be al dente.
  • Sauté the diced ham.
  • Blend the can of corn with the liquid from the can, leaving a small portion of kernels unblended.
  • Place the blended mixture in a small pot and add the 10 tablespoons of mayonnaise over medium heat.
  • Stir constantly until it starts to thicken, then reduce to low heat.
  • Add the ham, the remaining corn kernels, pepper, and parsley.
  • Serve the pasta, drizzle with the corn sauce, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
