1/2 zucchinis
1/2 onions
1/2 green bell peppers
1 clove garlic
100 grams salmon
30 milliliters cognac
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 pinch pepper

Sauté the onion, bell pepper, and garlic, stirring every 5 minutes.
Add the cognac, salt, and let it evaporate a little.
Add the salmon in pieces and sauté very briefly.
Cook the pasta by covering it with water, add salt and a little olive oil; cook
5 minutes before the cooking is finished, add the zucchini cut into noodle shapes.
Drain once cooked and mix with the salmon sauté. Serve.
