Pasta with Zucchini

  • 1/2 onions
  • 1/2 green bell peppers
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 grams salmon
  • 30 milliliters cognac
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

  • Sauté the onion, bell pepper, and garlic, stirring every 5 minutes.
  • Add the cognac, salt, and let it evaporate a little.
  • Add the salmon in pieces and sauté very briefly.
  • Cook the pasta by covering it with water, add salt and a little olive oil; cook
