1/4 cups Mazola® corn oil, presentation of 765 ml, for the pesto

500 grams shrimp, large, clean, and shelled
garlic powder, for the shrimp
dried basil, for the shrimp
dried oregano, powder, for the shrimp

500 grams spaghetti, cooked in salted water
1/2 cups cherry tomato, cut in half
1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated

Blend the basil with the garlic, Mazola® corn oil, and almonds on high speed until you obtain a semi-thick mixture; if desired, you can add more oil. Set aside.
Heat Mazola® corn oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the shrimp for 5 minutes until they change color, then season with garlic powder, dried basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Once the shrimp are cooked, add the spaghetti and mix perfectly. Coat with the pesto sauce, incorporate the cherry tomatoes, and cook for 6 more minutes. Add the parmesan cheese and remove from heat.
Arrange the shrimp pasta with pesto in a deep plate so that the ingredients are well visible, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with more parmesan if desired.
