We prepare the sauce:
In a frying pan, we add a little oil and sauté the bacon until it is golden, then we add the cream and stir it a bit, adding ground nutmeg or black pepper.
We wait about 3 minutes, stirring without letting the cream be consumed.
Finally, we will add the sauce to the drained spaghetti and mix.
