Spaghetti Carbonara

  • 200 grams spaghetti
  • 200 milliliters clotted cream, to cook
  • 100 grams bacon, or bacon bits
  •  salt salt
  • nutmegs, or ground black pepper
  •  oregano oregano

  • In a pot, we bring water to a boil with a little salt and oil; when it is boiling, we add the oregano and at the same time the spaghetti, while the spaghetti cooks (approx. 15 min).
  • We prepare the sauce: In a frying pan, we add a little oil and sauté the bacon until it is golden, then we add the cream and stir it a bit, adding ground nutmeg or black pepper.
  • We wait about 3 minutes, stirring without letting the cream be consumed. Finally, we will add the sauce to the drained spaghetti and mix. I HOPE YOU ENJOY IT.
