  • 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 black peppercorns
  • 1 pinch ground cumin
  • 6 guajillo chiles, cleaned and deveined

  • 1 teaspoon sea ​​salt

  • In a saucepan, mix the sherry and water
  • Add onion, garlic, spices, and chiles, boil for 2 minutes, season.
