Spaghetti in white wine

2 packages spaghetti, La Moderna 220 g each
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 sticks butter, 45 g
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 bell pepper, green julienne cut
1/2 red bell peppers, julienne cut
1/2 bell pepper, yellow julienne cut
1/2 bell pepper, orange julienne cut
250 grams deli ham, diced
1 bunch parsley, chopped
1/2 glasses white wine
salt, as needed
250 grams Manchego cheese, grated

Cook La Moderna pasta al dente. (Set aside)
Heat the olive oil, add the butter, and lower the heat.
Add the chopped garlic, stir. Brown it just a little.
Add the peppers and ham over the garlic.
Add the parsley.
Gradually incorporate the white wine. Remove from heat. Check the salt.
Mix gently with the spaghetti and arrange in a baking dish. Add cheese on top and cover. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
