This delicious Spaghetti Verde recipe is very easy to make; the green chili adds a spicy touch to the sauce. You can gratin with a little manchego cheese.

1 package spaghetti, La Moderna
3 cloves garlic
salt
1/2 onions
4 Jalapeño chiles
3 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 cups cow's milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
100 grams cheese
Preparation

Cook the pasta with a garlic clove, salt, and a piece of onion for about 20 minutes.
Remove the seeds from the chiles.
Cut and grind the chiles with the garlic, onion, cream, and milk.
In a pan, season the sauce (for 10 minutes) with a little oil or butter and add salt if needed.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and incorporate it into the sauce.
Cheese can be added (optional)
