Spaghetti Verde

This delicious Spaghetti Verde recipe is very easy to make; the green chili adds a spicy touch to the sauce. You can gratin with a little manchego cheese.

  • 1 package spaghetti, La Moderna

  • Cook the pasta with a garlic clove, salt, and a piece of onion for about 20 minutes.
  • Remove the seeds from the chiles.
  • Cut and grind the chiles with the garlic, onion, cream, and milk.
  • In a pan, season the sauce (for 10 minutes) with a little oil or butter and add salt if needed.
  • Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and incorporate it into the sauce.
  • Cheese can be added (optional)
  • Enjoy.
