  • 500 grams spaghetti, From Luigi at La Moderna
  • 400 grams sole, or hake
  • 15 black olives
  • 15 green olives
  • 2 garlic, cut in half
  • 1/2 bunches parsley , chopped
  • 1 glass dry white wine
  • 10 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Fry the garlic in the oil, 2 tablespoons of parsley, and the fish.
  • After 5 minutes, add the wine, let it evaporate, and add the olives, salt, and pepper, being careful not to overcook the fish.
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain.
  • Mix the pasta with the seasoning in a pot and sauté over medium heat until combined.
  • Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
