500 grams spaghetti, From Luigi at La Moderna
400 grams sole, or hake
15 black olives
15 green olives
2 garlic, cut in half
1/2 bunches parsley , chopped
1 glass dry white wine
10 tablespoons olive oil
salt
pepper
Preparation

Fry the garlic in the oil, 2 tablespoons of parsley, and the fish.
After 5 minutes, add the wine, let it evaporate, and add the olives, salt, and pepper, being careful not to overcook the fish.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain.
Mix the pasta with the seasoning in a pot and sauté over medium heat until combined.
Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
