Spaghetti with Smoked Marlin Sauce

  • 500 grams spaghetti, #5 From Luigi High Protein
  • 300 grams smoked marlin, shredded
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 200 grams black olives, boneless
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1/2 glasses dry white wine
  • 4 cups tomato purée
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion, small
  • 3 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 green chile , chopped
  • salt

  • Fry the chopped garlic and onion in the oil until golden.
  • Add the tomato puree, olives, capers, chili, and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Add the Marlin and after 5 minutes add the wine, let it evaporate and season with salt.
  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  • Serve hot on plates, covering with the sauce and chopped parsley.
