This recipe came about on a day when I didn't know what to cook and wanted to impress my daughters with a delicious meal, and I succeeded! They ate everything and asked for more. It's my favorite recipe because I'll never forget their happy faces.
Boil the pasta in salted boiling water. Cook it until al dente; do not overcook.
In a medium pot, add a little butter and sauté the chopped tomato and onion, and finally add the bell pepper cut into small cubes. When they are soft, add the tomato sauce with a little water to make it lighter.
When it comes to a boil, add the tuna, capers, and season with salt, pepper, and oregano to taste. Once everything is well combined and cooked, add the spaghetti, tossing gently to avoid breaking it.
