1 package Barilla® Spaghetti Pasta No. 5, 500 grams
water, for cooking the pasta

1 cup Barilla® Traditional Tomato Sauce, for the sauce
1/2 cups goat cheese, for the sauce
butter, for the pasta
1/2 cups baby mushrooms, cut in half
1/2 cups asparagus, cut in half
1/2 cups tender corn

1/2 cups cherry tomato, cut in half
arugula, for presentation

Heat the water in a pot until it reaches a boil, then add a little salt and wait for it to come to a boil again, then add Barilla® Pasta No. 5 and cook for 10 minutes or until the pasta is al dente. Drain and set aside.
For the sauce: blend the Barilla® Traditional Tomato Sauce with goat cheese until it has a smooth and homogeneous consistency. Set aside.
Heat the butter in a pan and start by adding the mushrooms, asparagus, and sweet corn; mix and then pour in the sauce to adjust the seasoning. Next, add the pasta and cook on low heat for 2 minutes; finally, add the cherry tomatoes. Remove the spaghetti from the heat and set aside.
Serve the vegetarian spaghetti with mozzarella cheese and arugula.
