  • 1 package Barilla® Spaghetti Pasta No. 5, 500 grams
  • water, for cooking the pasta
  • salt, for cooking the pasta
  • 1 cup Barilla® Traditional Tomato Sauce, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups goat cheese, for the sauce
  • butter, for the pasta
  • 1/2 cups baby mushrooms, cut in half
  • 1/2 cups asparagus, cut in half
  • 1/2 cups tender corn
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 cups cherry tomato, cut in half
  • arugula, for presentation
  • Mozzarella cheese, for presentation

  • Heat the water in a pot until it reaches a boil, then add a little salt and wait for it to come to a boil again, then add Barilla® Pasta No. 5 and cook for 10 minutes or until the pasta is al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • For the sauce: blend the Barilla® Traditional Tomato Sauce with goat cheese until it has a smooth and homogeneous consistency. Set aside.
  • Heat the butter in a pan and start by adding the mushrooms, asparagus, and sweet corn; mix and then pour in the sauce to adjust the seasoning. Next, add the pasta and cook on low heat for 2 minutes; finally, add the cherry tomatoes. Remove the spaghetti from the heat and set aside.
  • Serve the vegetarian spaghetti with mozzarella cheese and arugula.
