Spicy Lasagna, an Italian classic with a spicy twist.

  • 1 kilo ground beef 1 kilo ground beef
  • 500 grams La Moderna® Bolognese Sauce
  • 1 clove garlic 1 clove garlic

  • 500 grams lasagna sheets
  • 1 teaspoon salt  1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 serrano chiles 2 serrano chiles

  • Preheat the oven to 175°
  • In a medium skillet, sauté the garlic, chili, and chopped onion over medium heat. When it starts to turn golden, add the meat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Once the meat is cooked, add the Bolognese sauce, let it simmer for 2 minutes, and remove from heat.
  • In a previously greased square or rectangular baking dish with a bit of butter, start assembling the lasagna.
  • At the bottom, place a bit of sauce, the lasagna sheets, the meat, and cheese to your liking, and continue layering until finished.
  • Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until the pasta is soft.
