In a medium skillet, sauté the garlic, chili, and chopped onion over medium heat. When it starts to turn golden, add the meat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Once the meat is cooked, add the Bolognese sauce, let it simmer for 2 minutes, and remove from heat.
In a previously greased square or rectangular baking dish with a bit of butter, start assembling the lasagna.
At the bottom, place a bit of sauce, the lasagna sheets, the meat, and cheese to your liking, and continue layering until finished.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until the pasta is soft.
