  • 6 red beefsteak tomatoes
  • 100 grams elbow pasta, small
  • 2 basil, finely chopped
  • 3 teaspoons parsley , finely chopped
  • 100 grams Parmesan cheese, grated

  • Clean and scoop out the pulp of the tomatoes, set aside.
  • In a separate pot, cook the pasta in enough boiling water, drain it, mix with the Parmesan cheese, basil, parsley, season with salt and pepper, and spray 4 bursts of PAM® Olive.
