Three Cheese and Chipotle Lasagna

A delicious recipe to pamper the family, you have to try this lasagna with meat and a mix of 3 different cheeses that make a rich and flavorful combination. It’s a delightful dish for dinner or lunch. Prepare it.

  • 750 grams ground beef
  • 350 grams onion
  • 300 grams tomato
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 kilos mennonite cheese (Chihuahua cheese), grated
  • 1/2 kilos Manchego cheese, grated
  • 1/2 kilos Parmesan cheese powder
  • 750 milliliters tomato purée
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 2 boxes pre-cooked lasagna pasta
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 teaspoon oregano powder, (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle chile, ground, to taste
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 10 grams chives, chopped

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Finely chop the onion, garlic, and tomatoes (remove the seeds).
  • In a large skillet, place a little olive oil, the onion, and the garlic, and sauté until they are lightly browned.
  • Add the chopped tomato to the pan along with the basil, green onion, oregano to taste, and a pinch of sugar. Add the meat and mix well.
  • Blend the tomato puree and chipotle pepper (to taste).
  • Once the meat is slightly cooked, add the puree with chipotle, continue mixing, and let it boil.
  • Grease the baking dish.
  • Place a layer of pasta, a layer of meat, a layer of Menonita cheese, a layer of Manchego cheese, a layer of Parmesan cheese, and repeat until almost reaching the edge of the baking dish (I added 3 layers of each ingredient).
  • Bake it in the oven for 20 minutes.
