Three Cheese Fettuccine

This fettuccine is perfect for surprising all your guests; the recipe is simple and consists of only three steps, resulting in an intense cheese flavor and creaminess in every bite.

  • 5 liters water

  • 1 package Luigi® Fettuccine, 500 g
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons shallot
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 3/4 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups gorgonzola cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, finely chopped
  • fresh oregano, for decoration
  • pork rinds, parmesan cheese, for decoration
  • bread, for decoration

  • In a pot, heat the water and when it starts to boil, add the salt. Wait for it to regain temperature, meaning it boils again, and add Luigi® Fettuccine; cook according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a deep skillet, heat the butter and cook the shallot, then add the cream, evaporated milk, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and gorgonzola cheese until the cheeses melt. Add the white wine, oregano, add the Luigi® Fettuccine, and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the parmesan cheese until golden, flip and brown on the other side.
  • Serve hot, garnish with parmesan crisp and bread. Enjoy.
