Tuna Pasta

Recipe for tuna pasta with cheese and tomato. It’s an original combination of ingredients but tastes amazing. Prepare it with family or friends, and everyone will want more.

  • 1 package pasta , 200 grams, your preferred type
  • 2 cans canned tuna in water, drained
  • 2 tomatoes, small
  • 1/4 white onions
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic pieces Mccormick®
  • 1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 200 grams Manchego cheese, in cubes
  • salt , and pepper to taste

  • Cook the pasta as indicated on the package and set aside.
  • In the blender, combine all the ingredients except for the tuna and blend well.
  • Place a skillet over the heat and warm our blended mixture; when it starts to boil, add the tuna and pasta, mix, and let cook on low heat for 5 to 8 minutes, then remove from heat when it boils.
