Whole Wheat Pasta with Chicken and Chipotle

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, basil powder, and fry them with a clove of garlic and half an onion sautéed in 1 tablespoon of oil over low heat. Before finishing the cooking, sprinkle a pinch of Parmesan cheese on each portion.
  • Cook the spaghetti al dente, drain, and dress with 1 tablespoon of butter and Parmesan cheese to taste.
  • Blend the tomato, salt, garlic, onion, chipotle peppers, and half a teaspoon of basil until smooth. Strain it into the pan where we cooked the chicken over medium heat. Stir constantly, and when the tomato changes color, add 1 and a half cups of water, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
