Yellow Spaghetti with Fruits and Sweetened Milk

Pasta to delight, presented differently now as a dessert.

  • 1 package spaghetti
  • 15 drops yellow food coloring
  • 1/2 cans condensed milk , or cajeta
  • 1 cup cherry
  • 1 cup fruit , frozen
  • 1/4 cups sugar

  • Boil water with sugar until dissolved and add the coloring.
  • Add the spaghetti and let it cook for 15 minutes, then drain.
  • In a container, combine the spaghetti with condensed milk or cajeta and mix.
  • Serve in a deep plate and garnish with strawberries and a bit of whipped cream if desired.
