Christmas spaghetti

  • water, to cook the pasta
  • 1 package spaghetti
  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Manchego cheese, star-shaped
  • 1/4 cups dried cranberries, for decoration
  • parsley

  • Heat water in a pot over medium heat and once it starts to boil, add the pasta and cook for 8 minutes or the time indicated on the package instructions. Drain and set aside
  • Blend the evaporated milk, cream cheese, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper until you obtain a smooth mixture. Set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a pot, pour in the sauce, mix, and cook for 5 minutes. Combine with the pasta and cook for 1 more minute. Remove from heat.
  • Serve the Christmas pasta on a plate and decorate with parmesan cheese, a star of cheese, cranberries, and parsley.
