Alfalfa Sprout Salad with Chamoy Vinaigrette

This recipe is a delicious alfalfa sprout salad with an exquisite chamoy vinaigrette. Add a touch of chamoy to your salad to give it that sweet and slightly spicy kick that food sometimes needs.

  • 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chamoy
  • 4 cups lettuce, in pieces
  • 3 cups alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/2 cups fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon piquín chile
  • 1 cup toasted peanuts

  • Mix all the vinaigrette ingredients in a bowl.
  • Place the salad ingredients on a plate or salad bowl, excluding the peanuts.
  • Drizzle with the vinaigrette.
  • Place the peanuts on top and serve with a little chili piquin.
