5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon chamoy
4 cups lettuce, in pieces
3 cups alfalfa sprouts
1/2 cups fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon piquín chile
1 cup toasted peanuts

Mix all the vinaigrette ingredients in a bowl.
Place the salad ingredients on a plate or salad bowl, excluding the peanuts.
Drizzle with the vinaigrette.
Place the peanuts on top and serve with a little chili piquin.
