200 grams cranberries
600 grams mixed lettuce
200 grams golden apple
1/2 cups olive oil

100 grams almonds, toasts
1/4 cups apple cider vinegar

Disinfect the lettuce then, in a platter cut the lettuce into pieces. Add the apple cut into thin slices. Add toasted almonds and blueberries.
Vinaigrette: Put honey with vinegar, stir until dissolved honey. Add the olive oil along with the salt and pepper.
