1 cup lettuce, chopped
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 package double cream cheese, boy
1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
1/4 cups raisins
1 pinch salt, to taste

Mix the lettuce with a spoonful of lemon juice and salt.
Remove the heart of the apples, peel them and cut them into thick slices.
Mix the cheese with the cream and sugar.
Serve the lettuce with a few slices of apple and sprinkle lemon juice.
Bathe them with the mixture.
Serve with nuces and raisins
