1 cup lettuce, chopped
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 package double cream cheese, small
1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
1/4 cups raisins
1 pinch salt, to taste

Mix the lettuce with a tablespoon of lemon juice and salt.
Remove the cores from the apples, peel them, and cut them into thick slices.
Mix the cheese with the cream and sugar.
Serve the lettuce with some apple slices and drizzle with lemon juice.
Drizzle them with the mixture.
Serve with walnuts and raisins.
