1 golden apple, peeled and cubed
2 apples, granny smith, peeled and cubed
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup turkey deli ham, in small cubes
1 cup raisins, white
1 lime, the juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon table salt
1/2 teaspoons black pepper powder

Mix the apples and place them in a bowl, add the celery, ham, white raisins, and lemon juice.
Mix thoroughly and add the honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Mix everything well and serve cold over lettuce leaves or in gelatin cups.
