Apple Salad abc with Diced Ham

  • 1 red apple, peeled and cubed
  • 1 golden apple, peeled and cubed
  • 2 apples, granny smith, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup turkey deli ham, in small cubes
  • 1 cup raisins, white
  • 1 lime, the juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon table salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper powder

  • Mix the apples and place them in a bowl, add the celery, ham, white raisins, and lemon juice.
  • Mix thoroughly and add the honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
