  • 2 cups Italian Lettuce Eva®
  • olive oil, for the pita bread
  • 2 pita breads, in medium triangles
  • 1 cup cucumber, in slices
  • 1 cup tomato, in quarters
  • 1 cup red onion, in strips
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, in medium cubes
  • 1 cup radish, in half-moons
  • 1 cup peppermint
  • 1 cup parsley, only the leaves,
  • cucumber dressing, for serving

  • Chop the Italian Lettuce Eva® and set aside.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and toast the pita bread until golden. Set aside.
  • Mix the chopped Italian Lettuce Eva®, cucumber, tomato, onion, red pepper, radishes, mint, and parsley in a bowl. Mix all the ingredients perfectly.
  • Serve the Lebanese salad in a deep plate, trying to arrange all the ingredients well, and finally, add the pita bread.
  • Dress the Lebanese salad with the dressing and enjoy.
