Autumn Tuna Salad

A delicious and very easy tuna salad recipe loaded with vitamins, enjoy your meal.

  • 2 cans canned tuna in water
  • 2 lime, very juicy
  • 1 can canned corn, in grains
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 tomato, firm
  • 2 apples, or perrones
  • 1 teaspoon parsley , dry
  • 1 panela cheese , in cubes
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, to taste
  • 1 package cookies

  • Wash and chop all the vegetables and fruits.
  • Drain the water from the tuna and corn.
  • Combine everything in a bowl and add the juice of the two limes, parsley, salt, pepper, and olive oil to taste.
  • When serving, garnish with cheese cubes and serve with toast, crackers, or bread.
