2 cans canned tuna in water
2 lime, very juicy
1 can canned corn, in grains
1 green bell pepper
1 tomato, firm
2 apples, or perrones
1 teaspoon parsley , dry
1 panela cheese , in cubes
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, to taste
1 package cookies

Wash and chop all the vegetables and fruits.
Drain the water from the tuna and corn.
Combine everything in a bowl and add the juice of the two limes, parsley, salt, pepper, and olive oil to taste.
When serving, garnish with cheese cubes and serve with toast, crackers, or bread.
