Beetroot and Feta Cheese Salad

2 beets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
2 allspice berries
1 clove
1 teaspoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
250 grams feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cups parsley
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Combine the beetroot with the oil, cinnamon, pepper, cloves, and Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth.
Place this mixture on a baking tray and cook for 20 minutes or until the beetroot is tender and slightly roasted.
Let this mixture cool slightly and place it on a serving platter.
When serving, add the feta cheese and parsley leaves. Serve.
