Beetroot and Feta Cheese Salad

If you are a fan of beetroot, you have to try this salad; it is crunchy and the feta cheese adds the perfect creaminess, ideal for combating inflammation and detoxifying the body.

  • 2 beets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 2 allspice berries
  • 1 clove
  • 1 teaspoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 250 grams feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cups parsley

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Combine the beetroot with the oil, cinnamon, pepper, cloves, and Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth.
  • Place this mixture on a baking tray and cook for 20 minutes or until the beetroot is tender and slightly roasted.
  • Let this mixture cool slightly and place it on a serving platter.
  • When serving, add the feta cheese and parsley leaves. Serve.
