This recipe is a simple yet very tasty salad that pairs well with grilled or pan-fried meat.

  • 1 lettuce, of your choice
  • 5 tomatoes, firm and red
  • 2 cucumbers, medium
  • 4 limes
  • salt, to taste

  • Wash and disinfect the lettuce and tomatoes, then cut them into cubes and place them in a plastic container.
  • Cut the tomatoes into cubes, wash the cucumbers, peel them, and cut them into small cubes as well, then incorporate them into the lettuce.
  • Once the lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers are cut, add the juice of the 4 lemons and salt to taste.
  • It is served with the meat of your choice or can be eaten alone.
