This recipe is a simple but very tasty salad that goes very well with grilled or roasted meat.

  • 1 lettuce, of your preference
  • 5 tomatoes, solid and red
  • 2 cucumbers, medium
  • 4 limes
  • salt, to taste

  • Lettuce and tomatoes are washed and disinfected, then cut into squares and placed in a plastic container.
  • The tomatoes are cut into squares and the cucumbers are washed, the peel is removed and they are also diced and incorporated into the lettuce.
  • Since the lettuce, tomato and cucumbers are cut, add the juice of the 4 lemons and salt to taste.
  • It is served with the meat of your choice or it can be eaten alone.
