Lettuce and tomatoes are washed and disinfected, then cut into squares and placed in a plastic container.
The tomatoes are cut into squares and the cucumbers are washed, the peel is removed and they are also diced and incorporated into the lettuce.
Since the lettuce, tomato and cucumbers are cut, add the juice of the 4 lemons and salt to taste.
It is served with the meat of your choice or it can be eaten alone.
