200 grams camembert cheese
4 pears, greens
6 cups arugula
1/2 cups olive oil
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Start by disinfecting and cleaning the lettuce in a large bowl with water and a few drops of disinfectant. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Remove the lettuces from the water and dry well with paper towels.
In a deep bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the oil.
Slice the pears and Camembert cheese into thin slices.
In a large deep bowl, mix the lettuces with the dressing so that they are all evenly coated.
On the serving platter, arrange the lettuces with the dressing and place the slices of pear and cheese on top. Garnish with sesame seeds.
