Camembert Cheese and Pear Salad

A delicious and healthy salad with a gourmet touch of Camembert cheese and pear slices.

  • 200 grams camembert cheese
  • 4 pears, greens
  • 6 cups arugula
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

  • Start by disinfecting and cleaning the lettuce in a large bowl with water and a few drops of disinfectant. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the lettuces from the water and dry well with paper towels.
  • In a deep bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the oil.
  • Slice the pears and Camembert cheese into thin slices.
  • In a large deep bowl, mix the lettuces with the dressing so that they are all evenly coated.
  • On the serving platter, arrange the lettuces with the dressing and place the slices of pear and cheese on top. Garnish with sesame seeds.
