Slice the tomatoes into thin slices. with a serrated knife.
Slice the mozzarella cheeses also in slices.
Stir in the oil, vinegar and lemon, season with salt and pepper, add 2 minced basil leaves and stir.
Arrange a tomato slice on each plate, then a cheese slice, a tomato slice and so on until the circle of the plate is completed. Add the dressing and garnish with basil leaves. Serve immediately.
